Finally, a workout you’ll LOVE to do! If you can walk, you can do Country Burn Dance Fitness! Dance routines consist of simple, linedance inspired moves, repeated in a format that encourages movement and FUN! Move your body, work up a sweat, and get fit, all while grooving to the great country music you love! No prior dance experience required.
To enroll in enrichment classes, particpants must be at least 18 years old and not enrolled in school.
