Designed for people who have never been to a group yoga class or who are very new to yoga, this seven week series will introduce basic yoga postures and healthy alignment along with some breath work, and relaxation/meditation. Bring a yoga mat and wear clothes that allow for unrestricted movement. Some props will be available, but you are welcome to bring your own. Participants should have the ability to get up and down from the floor fairly easily, and be cleared by a medical professional if there are chronic health issues such as high blood pressure.
