Learn the fundamentals of Chinese, Korean, and Thai cooking. These classes will introduce you to the basics such as stir frying, making dumplings, and pickling. A variety of classics will be made to accompany the dishes.

Mediterranean Meals

Learn how to cook Mediterranean dishes such as Spanakopita (spinach pie), Pastitsio (Greek Lasagna), Mediterranean Shrimp and Baklava (phyllo pastries). We will also discuss the benefits of the Mediterranean diet and learn about the key ingredients that are used. This diet is based around a variety of colorful and flavorful foods that are high in nutrients and low in animal fats.
