Reiki (Rei) “Universal Life” and (Ki) “Energy" is a safe and gentle spiritual healing therapy that can have amazing results. Reiki has been shown to activate the parasympathetic nervous system to gently heal the mind and body. Reiki also helps to connect mind, body and spirit. Studies have shown that Reiki helps with stress, anxiety, healing after surgery, cancer treatments and more. Reiki healings involve gentle placement of hands either above or on a Reiki recipient to create the best conditions for natural healing to occur. In this class, you will receive a Reiki attunement that will allow you to understand and use Reiki as a healing practice. You will also receive a Reiki level one certificate and you will learn the principles, requirements and techniques to administer Reiki healing to yourself and others.
