In this course we will learn the differences between roasting and braising. We will make dishes using a variety of meats and vegetables. You will come away with the knowledge to create tender and flavorful meals. Cathy Speronis, has been baking her well-known “Wicked” pies and “Creative” cakes and desserts for over ten years and is regularly featured on WABI.
