No Barre needed! Barre classes mix elements of Pilates, yoga, dance and functional training. This “hard on the muscles, easy on the joints” class uses small, super controlled movements and is done barefoot or in socks. Participants will use, mini exercise balls, gliding disks and exercise bands. Class is taught by certified Barre instructor Skye Washington. *Students need to bring exercise mat. Participants must be at least 18 years old an not enrolled in high school.
